How do I choose the right size?

The fit is true to size, so you can order your usual size. If you’re between sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size for a more comfortable fit.

Because measurements can vary between styles, every product has its own individual size chart on the product page. We recommend checking this chart before ordering.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking link so you can follow its journey. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update. You can also check its progress on our Track your order page.

How do I return my items?

Changed your mind? No problem. Email support@harrowvale.co.uk with your order number and the item you wish to return. We’ll send you the return instructions—please contact us before posting anything back. You can find all conditions in our Return and Refund Policy.

Is there a satisfaction guarantee?

Not in love? Sometimes you only truly know once you’ve tried it for yourself.

That’s why we offer 30-day returns. Items must be unworn, unwashed and have their original tags attached. Once your approved return has been received and inspected, your refund will be sent to your original payment method. Read our Return and Refund Policy for full details.
